    We stayed at the Intercontinental for Olivia Dean in June. The experience was fantastic, with direct access to and from the concert. This made it easy for us to get home.The highlight of our stay was the breakfast staff, particularly Yuliia. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind to us. She made our mornings!

    Have had an amazing 2 nights here. Service has impeccable throughout the stay. Yuki in the restaurant is a stand out but honestly eveyone has been incredible. Front of house, housekeeping, breaker, dinner, everyone! Was here for business but felt special
