    Just had the most amazing afternoon tea experience ever to celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife and daughter. This is by far the best place to have afternoon tea that we’ve experienced. The tea and food were fantastic. The creativity and flavor of the desserts was phenomenal, and the service provided by @Pratigya and @Herlyn was incredible. We were all treated with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt relaxed and pampered. Pratigya explained the exceptional food items very well, gave us ample time to enjoy every sumptuous bite, and sent us home with the dessert items we simply could not finish. We highly recommend the afternoon tea experience to everyone.     Specifically The Park Room afternoon tea… was beyond lovely, elegant, delicious, luxurious, and more! Hands down the best service I have experienced for tea time, best culinary offering from the sandwiches to the sweets… and the SCONES!!! Ask for Altay, he is truly the best and went above and beyond to make my experience feel unique and glamorous… and for that level of hospitality, I am forever grateful! Leo is also a staple of the Park Room — equally as amazing service and kindness, warmth, hospitality, care, and attention as Altay —- they are true gems! It was recommended by a friend and I went for the first time in Jan 2025 (and it was my third afternoon tea in London of that week, my last before I departed back to the States and it did not disappoint! ) and said I will be coming back… and I did!! June 2026 was my 2nd visit at the Park Room for tea time and Leo and Altay were also / still there!!! Truly felt homey. Cant wait for take 3!     Lovely hotel, and staff so attentive.Our room was beautiful, and very quiet.Breakfast was so good, and the staff were the best. Drinks in the lounge area were good especially with the piano playing.     Our June holiday at the JW Marriott Grosvener House London

    This was the fourth year in a row we stayed in the spring at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London for five nights. Every year our stay gets better. The entire staff treated us royally from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. Several staff members remembered our names and welcomed us warmly. One even commented “welcome home.” The JW Grosvenor House staff’s professionalism, thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and kindness were greatly appreciated. We especially want to thank the hotel manager, Alex; the restaurant and lounge manager, Ania; the senior guest relations manager, Tugce; and the doormen, Sulieman and Nick for all they did to make our London holiday special. We look forward to our next year’s holiday in London and our stay at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.     5 Stars all the way for the JW

    Easily a 5+ 5 night stay at the JW. Stayed here for the 4th time and each time does not disappoint. Upgrade to the Hamilton suite. 2 room suite with a large bathroom. Nice bed and walk in closet. Staff very friendly. The executive lounge has 3 different food offerings and a is a big focus when staying at the JW. Very nice fitness center. Classic hotel with excellent staff running. Wish USA Marriott’s were like this hotel.
