    Absolutely loved this place. The decor has a rock and roll theme. Great downstairs and upstairs bar. Great seeing and conversing with 2 outstanding bartenders, Mike and Tuna. Front desk staff Babra and Fay were very sweet and helpful. Kudos to owners Mark and Sherene, you have a wonderful property….     My daughter booked this hotel for a surprise overnight stay for my 60th Birthday!Wow I was in awe of its decor & unique design, it has galleries of rock stars past & present throughout, the furniture in the lobby & room is not anything you would see in a high street store, the huge bed was so comfortable with a mountain of cushions & pillows to choose from.There is a room safe & a fridge with alcohol & soft drinks available to purchase, it’s not free so be mindful of that, £6.50 for a soft drink & up to £110 for the vodka alone.The roof top bar is lush.The towels are a lovely pristine white & ultra soft, gels & soap provided in the bathroom but I could have done with a flannel as I forgot to pack one.The shower is fantastic & the bath is huge too.The hotel looked after our belongings & placed them in our room before we came back to check in where there was some confusion as to whether our room was ready at 4pm.On checkout our journey home wasn’t for a few hours & again they took care of our belongings until it was time to leave.My only “complaint” was one member of staff who was quite curt with my daughter when she was asked to take a photo of our baggage tag, my daughter misheard her & she replied “I appreciate your enthusiasm but no I don’t want you to take a photo of me”.There was no need for that comment, that changed our opinion on the service in general.     Noise from downstairs bar can be heard on level three until 12 am making sleeping impossible. Stay somewhere else. We sincerely apologise for the disturbance you experienced during your stay.On the evening in question, we were hosting a private members' event that was scheduled to finish at 1:00 a.m. However, after receiving your complaint, we took immediate action and ended the event earlier than planned to minimise any further disruption.We also noticed that the window in your room was open, which may have contributed to the noise you heard from outside. While this does not excuse the inconvenience caused, it may have increased the amount of sound reaching your room.Please be assured that we are not normally a noisy venue, and we regret that your experience did not reflect the peaceful environment we strive to provide for our guests.     I enjoyed staying here, but mostly, I loved the location. Soho is a great part of London and this hotel is close to everything. Clean and comfortable with great services, I would come back here for sure on my next trip to London.
