I booked the wrong day but they kindly amended this immediately. Kevin on arrival was excellent but that’s about as good as it got. We had been put next door in Admiral hotel. The room was tiny and you couldn’t turn the heating down witch had to have been set as late 20s. Beds very uncomfortable.We arrived for breakfast no greeting, no glasses or cups left for coffee or juice. A dirty table and the cooked breakfast was pretty poor compared other hotels in the same location that were far cheaper. Won’t be returning.

Very close to Paddington station with a variety of shops locally. The room was spacious, had a fridge but placed under the desk so not ideal. There was a slight smell in the room as the windows couldn't stay open but I wedged it open. The bathroom felt like a mix between an aircraft and caravan room which was very small. The breakfast was nice but basic.

The man on the front desk was very lovely and very accommodating however the problem was the room. 1. the heat was awful and the window only opens slightly so there was barely any air flow2. the cold water tap on the shower was broken and didn’t turn on at all which meant we couldn’t have a shower the night we stayed3. the woman serving breakfast was lovely and smiley however the selection was awful4. there was no soap in the bathroom which resorted to us having to buy hand sanitiser The location is good as it wasn’t very far away from Paddington station which made it easy to get to but I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is an excellent location , 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park and 5 minutes walk to Paddington station . It is on a pleasant road and is set back . Receptionist Kevin is very helpful . Room is nicely renovated and comfortable. A kettle, a fridge and fan in the room were indeed handy. Excellent value for money . Will come back .

We stayed at KingswayPark hotel meetings friends to watch a show!!Excellent value for money Excellent locationExcellent service Clean comfortable hotel with tea/coffee facilities/ big screen tv , a fridge and a fan There was complimentary toiletries You’re within reach of great restaurants, 5 mins walk to Hyde Park and Paddington station Quiet at night Highly recommended!! Will definitely book again!!
