    The overall experience was very good. The staff were very friendly. I have to give a shout out to the young girl with red hair at the reception desk. She is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and she goes above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. She is extremely good at her job.     I was fortunate to have received an award for Vet Nurse Volunteer 2025 by StreetVet. We are a large team of Vets and Vet Nurses for care for the pets of those experiencing homelessness in the UK. La Suite West donated a room for me to have 2 nights away via Room2Reward. The staff were so lovely and made us feel very special and at home straight away.     They had a wonderful array of cold foods for breakfast and a nice sitting area which was inside and outside. The room is small however it is clean and well kept. It also provides with a small refrigerator, espresso machine.     I stayed alone for 4 nights and I can say it offers good value for money. I didn't try the restaurant. The rooms are not spacious, but it was sufficient for one person. The bathroom door was a sliding door and didn't close completely. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be an issue for two people staying together. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable. There was no mini-fridge. There was no iron either, but perhaps they provide one upon request. Since my room was on the 3rd floor, I didn't hear any of the noise mentioned in some reviews at all. The location is incredibly good, 2 minutes away from Queensway and Bayswater train stations, right next to Hyde Park, and the back street is full of restaurants and markets. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assigned my room taking my reservation note into consideration, and it was very kind of them to leave balloons in my room since it was my birthday. Overall, it was an experience I was satisfied with; it is especially very suitable for solo travelers.
