    Hotel is located in a quiet area a short walk from Canary Wharf and it's vast array of bars / restaurants and shops (5-10minutes) Check in was smooth and the Club room (105) we were appointed was one of the best rooms I've had the pleasure of staying in. Bed was very comfy and the sleeping area featured a large flat screen tv.The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and kept pristine clean. All members of staff were friendly, helpful and very professional at all times. I can't comment on the food or spa as we didn't use the restaurant or spa; but a wonderful stay was had nonetheless.Many thanks!

    We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert at the O2 arena. It's a minute's walk away from the Poplar DLR station. The hotel is beautiful. 24 hrs manned reception desk with helpful staff. Our room was perfect. Comfortable bed, plenty of plug sockets, a proper wardrobe, dressing gowns, slippers, ironing board and iron provided. The bathroom had a luxury feel and the shower was great. Bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities too. Will definitely be back.
