Location

The hotel lies in close vicinity of the London Heathrow Airport. The convenient location makes it the ideal place for business travellers or for a stopover. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the airport terminals and offers a private taxi service from and to the airport. Excellent transport links connect guests to central London, which is only a 15-minute ride away with the Heathrow Express train. The hotel is also within easy reach of the M4 motorway and five minutes’ drive from Stockley Park and Bedfont Lakes Business Parks. Other nearby attractions are the exotic Kew Gardens or the Royal Windsor Castle.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 230 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) are happy to assist and advise. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage (for a fee), subject to availability.     Beautiful Hotel

    We stayed here twice, once before our flight from Heathrow, and again on our return. The Hotel was really nice , with friendly staff and the place was very clean and well kept.Our room was spacious with a king sized bed and a view of the airport. The buffet breakfasts and the evening meals were very good, with plenty of choice. Definitely a good place to stay if flying from Heathrow.     The "selection' of warm rustic breads with dips from the menu was 3 pieces of sourdough. Snd 2 tiny pots of bland.... breakfast was very average sy best and my bagle actually caught fire in the toasting machine. The photo is after i pit the flame out. I took photos and showed the staf. They did nothing. Only jam or marmalade and no butter. The lamps in the room 1004 had writing on them " xxxx was here" on them .very disappointing all around. The room was booked for 3 but still only got 2 mugs.     We were asked to pay a small fee to upgrade our room to a king and double with a view of the runway. The view didn’t include the runway and was obscured by trees and the double bed was actually a single. Nevertheless, the room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was decent. The service in the restaurant and around the hotel was very good.     Still Handy For LHR.

    Standard King & Double - 2/10. Got a Standard King & Single… Queried this at front desk and was told the beds are European sizes. Turns out this is rubbish as European bed sizes are actually bigger! Clearly given a single, as offered on their website. Just as well there was only3 of us.Bathroom - 8/10. Ok. Beds - 2/10. Just about managed ok night’s sleep before an early flight.WiFi - 10/10. No issues.Breakfast - 8/10. Quite good.Staff - 8/10. All ok apart from the bed size waffle.Hotel - 8/10.     Great location - room overlooked runway.

    Booked for just one night before flight out the following day to Canada. Had a lovely evening meal, the room was a little small for 3 of us however as we were only staying 1 night this was really not an issue. Room was clean. We did however have an issue during the night in which we thought that we could here something in the ceiling between ours and the next floor thus got very little sleep. We spoke to Reception the following morning - Emily - she apologised for this and resolved the matter to our satisfaction . We went for breakfast and 20 mins later Emily came and found us and advised that maintenance had looked into this and there was actually a pigeon that had got in and was trapped' whereby they duly released the bird. Was relieved to know that we had not dreamt it. Would use this hotel again.
