  Honestly do not go to this hotel it was awful- so bad that me and my partner had to leave half way through our stay and pay to stay at the Ibis hotel down the road. The smell of sewage the whole way through the hotel, the hotel in general is so dirty but the rooms are next level bad… Questionable stains down the walls and curtains, the tv didn’t work in fact wasn’t even plugged in? The batteries to the controller were taped up with tape, hand marks on the walls?! The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next door…. Like, everything… I’m not sure for the reason on scent sticks to be burning the walls and doors? Why not just get an air freshener… red flag to me. Tv was burnt, curtains only covered half the window, windows barely opened, stuff to make a cup of tea and coffee but no kettle? Dirt at the bottom of the bath tub, not sure what the hole in the wall full of dust is in the bathroom but it’s gross. Red/brown finger print marks in the bathroom and bedroom, place is literally falling apart. We were not even going to risk getting a shower, felt like you were going to fall through the floor, and corridors are so loud when people open and close the doors so don’t expect a decent night sleep if you do decide to stay here…

  Booked as a last minute option as delayed flight and close to work. On arrival, it was far worse than expected. Corridors looked like something out of a horror movie, room was vile, bathroom so gross i decided not even to shower as i would have felt dirtier rather than cleaner. Thankfully i only spent 7 hours in this hell hole.

  Avoid at all costs, filthy, unsafe hotel. The toilets in reception were disgraceful and the had dryers were covered with bags and not working. Toilet paper was strewn over the floor and was generally filthy. The room was no better, the smoke alarm had a plastic bag taped around it, the side table was chained to the radiator 😳 The whole room was just awful and a friend in the next room has suffered bedbugs bites. A report will be made to the local authority licensing team. Disgusting place 🤢🤬

  Shaban was incredibly professional and attentive, answering all of my questions with knowledgeable insights about the hotel and surrounding area. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very excellent hospitality and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.
