    Just what we needed, central to everything in London. Staff could not be more helpful, rooms clean and checked every day. As a group we had booked 4 rooms and found the facilities just as listed on booking.com. Would recommend booking, rooms are basic but you have everything you need. Family rooms have either 2 doubles and even some have an additional single. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and Paddington station.

    DISGUSTING!!! We booked this for 234 CAD and honestly it’s not even worth 10 CAD. Total scam. The pictures on Expedia look NOTHING like the actual place. We walked in and wanted to walk right back out immediately. The reception staff member was absolutely horrible. He told us he would show us a room that matched the photos, then dragged us all the way to the top floor just to tell us they couldn’t refund us. Completely rude, dismissive, and disgusting behavior. This was supposed to be part of our vacation and instead it became the worst experience ever. The whole place feels dirty, misleading, and nothing like advertised. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still listed anywhere. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Not even if it’s cheap. It needs to be delisted immediately.

    Highly recommend Linden house hotel. I stayed with my family for 4 nights.Hotel is few steps away from Paddington StationWe met wondeful receptionist Firoz who was welcoming and informative.Rooms were cleaned everyday. New towels were provided everyday. They even store our luggage during check out which was free.Good internet speed in the room.Will definitely visit Linden House Hotel in future.

    DO NOT STOP HERE!!! Bed bugs all over room and walls, people who worked there where very unhelpful just kept smirking when we asked for help, very very unprofessional let us view rooms while they wasn’t even cleaned, I would defiantly not advise stopping here a traumatising experience that ruined our London city getaway. No offer of a refund or even an apology.

    My family and I had been stranded by Ryanair at the airport. It was late in the evening, and we had nowhere to sleep. We contacted Linden House, who welcomed us with an ultra-affordable room in the hotel’s basement (around 200 euros for five people), with clean beds, a perfect bathroom, and a kettle for coffee and tea.The host at reception gave us a very warm welcome, and everything was exactly what we needed in our situation — we simply needed a place to sleep.The next day, the hotel offered to store our luggage and passports safely while we passed the time before departure.
