    A let down

    Had high hopes for this stay but overall was a let down. The quality of the room and equipment was very good and the bed was comfortable.The downsides were the quality of the customer service at the reception desk from staff who seemed like didn't want to be there or help, very stand off-ish, and the outside noise even with windows shut the sound of motorbikes speeding through nearby tunnel from 6am onwards was loud.

    I had a great stay it was very comfortable and clean and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting the capital

    For what we paid to stay here for one night we were given a room with only a frosted window and no natural light at all. When I asked if we could change rooms because my wife suffers from enclosed spaces with no light i was told only if I paid more money on top of the £272 I paid for 1 night!! Hence I didn't pay and also there was no concern for my wife's welfare at all.     Location was superb - riverside views over looking Tate Modern - easy access to loads of places. Room was clean, well designed and decent size. Everything worked well - kitchen units great.     Excellent location and value. Nearby tube stations. Only downside is the outside noise at night, by loud cars/ motorcycles. Service is fantastic.
