  Very well indeed staff are wonderful and patient help with anything needed means a lot to know task is to small ❤💯❤ norman is a wonderful manager very keen to help very pleased with everything 💯

  Awful: check in was 2 and a half hours late. Huge queues. Scruffy, plates and glasses left on all the tables as no staff available to clean.

  Very helpful location at Archway, London. Very convenient for overground, underground and busses. The room was big and clean,the kids really enjoyed it. Checking in was more involved than I thought it would be. Good value for money and we had a very enjoyable stay.

  Clean comfortable hotel at the bottom of Highgate Hill. We were visiting Crouch End so wanted somewhere near to stay. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Norman! Norman was incredibly cheerful and helpful, thank you! Archway is an interesting area, lots of history and full of great cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

  Very friendly staff but the overall feel of the hotel is tired with sticky carpets in some tea and room furniture was shabby. Worst Premier inn we have been to
