Mould,dust and lying Manager when you spoke to him to complain. First he said there is no mould, and when i showed him it it suddenly was mould from a leak in room above mine, and heter with dust on it, room for 4persons was a small singel room, door to bathroom could only open halfway beacuse of sofa in front of door. Foulty elecktrisity and tv broken and didn get fixd before late next day and so on.. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE !!!

This was a last minute booking due to a train strike and we were pretty worried what our family room for 4 would be like based on the reviews we saw. However we were really pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean, relatively spacious, not noisy at all and it was perfectly comfortable. Joseph who had given us the codes was there when we arrived and kindly went to the shop to provide us with some bottled water and fresh milk. The only downside was that we are quite tall so the double bed was a bit short for us, but if we had stayed more than one night we would have switched with one of the kids who both got double sofa beds. Very convenient location too.

The photos are misleading and the room loomed nothing like the photos on booking .com website. The photos posted on here is much more accurate. I decided to book the room based on the photos on booking .com I was looking forward to a room with a kitchenette as I've been staying overnight in london for work a lot recently and thought it would be nice to have a kitchette and stay in than have to go out for another pub meal by myself. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE!!!!!! Only a wonky table with a jar coffee but no milk and no fridge. The room was just about big enough to hold a double bed and a wonky table . The bathroom is minute, the hand basin is that small you can barely wash your hands. The towels are full of holes. The only positives I could find - its clean and the manager is friendly. But its a rip off and I definitely wont stay here again.
