  TO BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED: A total nightmare, especially for two girlsRating: 1/5 ⭐️A nightmare of a property—calling this place a "hotel" is an insult. My friend and I had a terrible experience and left immediately.Here are the reasons why I strongly advise anyone against staying here: Room totally different from the pictures: The room looked absolutely nothing like the images online. It was tiny, suffocating, and in an absurd state of decay. Filth and structural damage: The walls had holes in them, the carpet and walls were covered in indescribable stains, and there was broken furniture everywhere. We didn't even have the courage to pull back the bedsheets out of sheer disgust (and reading other guests' reviews afterwards, we got confirmation that the sheets were dirty too). Dangerous and intimidating area: The location is not reliable at all, especially for two girls traveling alone. When we arrived, there were about 50 men outside the property smoking shisha who literally stared us down from head to toe, making us feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. Overcharging attempt: As if that wasn't enough, they tried to charge us an extra €50 supplement (which they only ended up waiving because the entire room was visibly falling apart).We went straight to reception to let them know we were leaving immediately. They tried to offer us a room change, but we categorically refused: the entire environment was unlivable.⚠️ Note for travelers: Don't be fooled by the photos. Save your money and, above all, your safety. Stay far away!

  Decent stuff, lose the puff.

  This place is good value. Its clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Near enough to transport systems. It's basic but got the essentials. It does need a bit of updating. Didn't like the shisha people I the evening considering there's a shisha bar at the back of the Hotel. It just dosent give a good impression of the place. A few, "Ya got a spare cigarette Bruv". Shisha is tacky in a hotel. Overall happy with the hotel, probably would stay again purely on the price. They say there is a restaurant but I didn't see one. There are good restaurants not too far. Decent stuff but lose the Puff!!!

  I am writing this review at 12:17 a.m. because I am still unable to sleep due to the excessive noise coming from the room next door. Loud hip-hop music has been playing continuously, making it impossible to get any rest.I called reception at 11:45 p.m. to report the issue, but there was no answer, despite being told that reception would be staffed until midnight. With no one available to assist, I even knocked on the adjoining wall in an attempt to alert the occupants, but this had no effect.I could overlook the fact that the hotel feels tired, dated, and very basic. However, being able to sleep is a fundamental expectation when staying at a hotel, and on this occasion the hotel failed completely.I will not be returning, and I will also ensure that my workplace does not make any future reservations here.

  Beware, this place is a scam in itself

  I wish there was a negative rating possible.. i would have given them the worst rating possible. The filthiest place on planet. I stayed with them during covid for my isolation and had a perfect 7 night stay, but this time, everything was a mess. Starting from checkin to checkout, I never ever felt so insulted. The lady Pryakha, who calls herself the manager, isn't there any better professional left in the hospitality industry? She was more interested in her phone and hair than attending us. Kept checking her phone and talking to someone during our checkin. Later, she gave us the key and left us to find our own way to the rooms. When I came back to book parking, she said it was available and free of charge. I went to get my car from Morrisons and returned in 30 minutes only to find that parking has been allocated to someone else. She apologised, but that didn't help, 'I forgot' is what she kept on saying. Most unhelpful attitude. Our bed had stains all over the sheet and duvet. On request to get it changed, she said housekeeping is not around and asked us to change ourselves and gave a sheet which was of single bed size instead of a Queen bed size. Hot water kept fluctuating in temperature. Later in the evening, our unfateful day led us to meet her again. This time, she was shouting at her staff who looked drunk and couldnt even stand straight. we were more concerned about our safety now. As a businessman myself, I would never tolerate such people in my business, I pity the owners of this hotel who are unable to find good people working for them and are stuck in this mess. Smoke pots and people outside the hotel at night gave the feeling of party place, which thankfully helped us cheer up. When we discussed with the owner of the smoke place, he told us that the owners are not really worried about guests as they mostly get contractors to stay here and are making good money already, so careless and untrained staff is no issue for them. But I would have loved to meet the owners myself and give them a reality check. Wasted my money and weekend over this place, never returning.

  Been Here before numerous Times The staff know My face and I recognise them .Checked in was a new bod on reception I could tell He didn’t know what He was doing. I had paid in full with Agoda. He asked Me to Pay a different amount on check in. He then told Me One Hour after check in My room Wasn’t ready. Went to My room to find The last guests cheese in the fridge lovely smell .I asked The new receptionist about the payment He just shrugged it off as Webonly take Money direct . During the Evening I thought My ceiling was coming through as some Geordies were jumping about whilst watching Newcastle on Amazon Prime which to be fair was free on the room Tv which was a good Samsung: Anyway I emailed the hotel about this strange payment when I went to check out Ali a regular staff Member said He would look into it but give Him Some Time. I went for a coffee came back to be told The Money Has been refunded. He apologised saying The usual staff Lady was on Holiday and in future advised Me to book direct 🙀Not an issue as will not be returning 💯
