Let me address the negative reviews first by saying CHECK THE DATES! Most are seriously outdated. This was my first time staying here, although it was my daughter’s fourth - and I can see why. It’s a quiet building on a dead-end street in a wonderful neighborhood. It’s also an older building with an updated interior. If you’re expecting flossy, this isn’t for you. But it was home for a week in London, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped in both the kitchen (w/d combo, stove, oven,microwave , refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher) and bathrooms (basic toiletries, hair dryer, and shower/ bath combo). Bedding was comfortable, and there’s plenty of closet space. The Wi-Fi signal was strong as well.What a terrific neighborhood! No lack of places to eat, drink, and shop, all within a 5-10 minute walk. Equidistant from two Underground Stations, so you can get anywhere in London easily. Special shout out to David who is already helping me book my next stay!

Our stay went very well from start to finish. The reception was smooth and welcoming, communication was clear, and everything was easy upon arrival. The apartment is located in a great area, convenient and pleasant to move around. Cleanliness was excellent — the place was spotless and well maintained. Overall, everything met (and honestly exceeded) our expectations. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I recently enjoyed my 15th stay at 7 Manson Place , managed by Maykenbel properties.As always it was most satisfactory. The flat I occupied was clean .well appointed and comfortable. The bedroom was a good size as was the sitting room and bathroom and the kitchen had all facilities for a great stay .Moreover the management staff, David and Alex were most helpful and courteous ,the housekeeping ladies were diligent and the night duty gentlemen were cheerful even at 3 am .I can thoroughly recommend this apartment block of 15 flats for your stay in London .It is close to shops and restaurants and public transport and yet is in a quiet cul de sac which is peaceful and quiet.Robert Sydney Australia

Our kids have reached an age where one hotel room with two beds just doesn’t work anymore. This was a great solution: Space for all, plus great location, and friendly/attentive staff. All this and it’s reasonably priced too. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Really well located and we were on 4th floor but there is a lift. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful, would recommend to any type of visit. Sth Ken tube is less than a 5 minute walk and lots of restaurants cafes and convenience stores just around the corner.
