    Food in house restaurant lacking along with help. Beware checking in late they assign rooms from top to bottom even when you advise of late arrival..     Avoid This Hotel If You Expect Working AC or a Comfortable Bed

    The hotel presents itself as a four-star property, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect that standard.To be fair, the staff were generally friendly and polite. However, the room quality and comfort were far below what I would expect from a hotel in this category.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. If you need a cool room, especially around 20°C or 72°F, this is not the hotel I would recommend. Despite setting the thermostat to 19°C for four days, the room never went below 25°C. I raised the issue multiple times during the first four days, but it was never properly resolved. The only solution offered was a fan, which did not make the room comfortable.The mattress was also extremely poor. It felt like sleeping directly on springs, and the springs were visible and noticeable through the mattress. It made sleeping very uncomfortable and did not feel anywhere near four-star quality.Overall, the hotel looks better on the surface than it actually feels once you are staying there. The room quality was closer to a basic one or two-star property, dressed up to appear higher end. I have stayed in budget hotels in the United States, including Super 8 and Econo Lodge, that had better air conditioning, better beds, and more comfortable rooms.If you are sensitive to heat or need a proper mattress for a good night’s sleep, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.     I had a lovely time with my wife and kid at the hotel for a few nights. I have to highlight the room cleaning crew they were amazing and I have to 10/10. They really cleaned the whole room up and left it dazzling. It was lovely coming back from going out to find the room spotless.
