    We had our afternoon tea here. It was very good, the servers very extremely friendly and polite. We even got a little birthday cake for my husband. Thank you very much!Products were fresh and good, Champagne was excellent. We had a very comfortable seat.

    Never be tricked by the name...it is only a gloomy from the outside and unpleasant from the inside modest 2 stars or less of category and 1 star of services. The location is in a very dark quiet alley.The Mayfair house was a great dissapointment. Nothing was as shown in the promotional photos or up to expectations it is very cost ineffective. You could find much more descent 4 stars properties in the neighbourhood for much less rate including breakfast. What's more is that there is no room service, no restaurant no breakfast and no laundry service and still at checkin the receptionist would ask you for a £300 insurance before they hand over the room key.!!! After our 1st day we returned to the hotel at a late afternoon and as we enquire why the room was not yet serviced the receptionist frustrating reply was no housekeeping on Sundays!!! Later on as we were missing tissue paper and soap for the toilet use the housekeeping reply was...we provide only once for the whole stay. On the day of departure we had an incident of horror when the tiny miserable elevator kept going up and down from 5th to basement repeatedly without opening the door. We kept banging on the door hopping somebody might hear and ask for help till finally somebody from reception stopped the elevator and opened the door by emergency key. It was a horrifying experience. The MAYFAIR HOUSE is not cost effective not worth the 3 stars rate charged. Never Again!!! ...beware and never be tricked by the name.

    Another excellent month spent at Mayfair House. Darine and Joseph on the front desk looked after every need and all the staff were very nice and everything was just right. We are returning again for a month in March 2024.

    It was a excellent choice to stay in Mayfair House Apartments and I do not regret that decision. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had one bedroom deluxe apartment and it was quite big especially in the middle of London. It was fully equipped with everything starting from washing machine, kitchen amenities, etc. The room was very clean and cleaning service was available everyday except Sunday. The location was perfect as it is in Mayfair where almost everything was at a walking distance. I highly recommend Mayfair House for families coming to London.
