This family-friendly airport hotel is conveniently located for London Heathrow's Airport and Stockley Business Park. London Heathrow's terminals 1, 2 and 3 are only 2 miles away and London's major motorway networks, the M4 and M25, are also close by. 184 rooms, including 14 single rooms and 62 double rooms, are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift.     Avoid this hotel, poor communication and low standard of rooms

    Long, drawn out check-in with inadequate staffing levels. No communication from receptionist with no guidance on how to get to room. Room itself was well used and in need of renovation. Air-con was noisy and paint was peeling from walls. Small TV. Poor housekeeping standards with dust on top of wardrobe. Wi-Fi was inadequate. Only one side of the bed had a plug. A constant low hum could be heard from plant located outside the room. Fridge had not been cleaned and was mouldy inside.

    I was directing a group of 51 students, and staff were helpful at accommodating everyone at 11pm. The hotel was quiet, with restaurant for breakfast at 07:30. One morning we had to leave at 06:00 so breakfast was offered to take away. I liked having an iron and ironing board to smarten up my clothes.

    Crazy, terrible experience at this hotel

    I came to write a very belated review of this hotel only to see that it's been closed- but I still felt that I needed to write the review. I had the most terrible and craziest experience at this hotel that I still think about to this day (and I have been to a lot of hotels in my life). In mid January 2024, I booked this hotel last minute at the very last minute through Hotwire.com and got in around 1:30am. The front desk agent was an older man who was very kind and helpful. I specifically remember that the elevator was broken at the hotel so he put me on the first floor down the corridor towards where the parking lot is in the front of the hotel. Because I had a 4pm flight out of Heathrow, I asked for a late checkout and he gave me a 1pm check out. Around 12:10/12:15pm, I'm awakened by a call from a woman at reception and told that check out was at 12 PM/asking what time I was leaving. I told her that I had a late check out of 1 PM and she replied that there was no record of my request and that they weren't honoring that late check out time. I was shocked, but said that I still needed to get up and take a shower and my bags were packed and ready which she didn't seem happy about. At around 12:25PM, I started getting back to back calls and after answering the first time, I refused to answer the calls again. At around 12:40 PM, as I was preparing to leave (uber already called), there was banging at the door and a man that I'm assuming was the manager telling me that I needed to get out of the room now. I actually got somewhat freaked out and called a family member who stayed on the phone the entire time. Suddenly, the man opened the door and just stood there (there was also a woman with him), staring at me with my completely packed bags ready to go. I don't know what he was expecting on the other side, but he didn't say anything to me after that. Neither of them asked me if I needed help with my bags nor did they try to help me. They just followed me halfway to the reception. Keep in mind that this was only about 12:40PM… Only about 40 minutes after the original check out time. But it felt like a standoff and like they were trying to get me out after overstay for hours. This was the craziest experience I've ever had at a hotel and I actually talk about it all the time because it was that crazy.

    Arrived to book inWas told by the poor man who had been left by his manager to tell everyone arriving the hotel was closed due to heath and safety We had to find another hotel ourselves nothing was sent to us in advance to say they were closed As we stood outside there were members of the staff removing mattresses taking them to the bin area So glad we didn’t stay Booked through holiday extas still waiting for a response 4 days later

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Tuesday 29th October 2024 - 4 vehicles parked on this hotel car park were broken into by masked thieves with machetes , vehicles damaged and items stolen, hotel did not want to know and would not release footage of CCTV either.Their response “it happens all the time here”The staff are rude, abrupt and unhelpful to say the least.Do not stay here if you have a vehicle.Because it will be broken into and damaged.The hotel is not safe, requested a refund as had booked additional nights however due to the nature of what happened we did not want to stay. They point blank refused our refund.If I could give 0 stars I would!!Never again!!
