    Poor service.

    rating11 Jun 2026

I have no complaints regarding the room which was clean and spacious. However, the staff were far from welcoming and the £100 deposit is yet to be removed from my credit card ten days after my stay.

    Very disappointing experience

    rating07 Jun 2026

I had a disappointing experience with the deposit refund process. I checked in on 25 May and paid a £100 deposit, which I was told would be refunded after check-out, with the processing time depending on the bank.I checked out on 26 May, but by 7 June I still had not received it. When I contacted my bank, they said refunds usually take around 5 days, but there was still no refund showing in their system. I also emailed the hotel to follow up and ask for confirmation, but received no response or update. The lack of communication was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Great attention to detail, very handy for the Tube, very comfortable stay

    rating06 Jun 2026

We had a very comfortable stay here. Location is very handy, right by the Tube. Our room was very nice (we had room 211). Bed was very comfortable. Love the attention to detail such as the USB, temp and light controls by the bed on both sides, the heated flooring in the bathroom was fabulous, the makeup/shaving mirror and the fact that both shampoo AND conditioner is provided. Caters very well for female travellers who often experience terrible lighting and insufficient toiletries - but not here. Shower was lovely. Breakfast was spot on. The only reason I didnt get full marks is because it would have been nice to sit in a lounge or bar area in the evening but there is none... or even a vending machine so we could get some drinks/snacks without having to go out in the rain to the nearby shops. This is my only tiny criticism. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

Would stay here again, the area has everything!

I stayed at this hotel in Earl’s Court, London for two nights in mid‑May and was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. I had been a bit worried after reading some mixed reviews, and seeing a group of people waiting in the lobby with lots of luggage didn’t help. But my room was ready straight away, and the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and very professional — even when dealing with guests unhappy about the standard £100 damage‑deposit hold. The hotel is spread across three buildings, with the main entrance at Door 16. My room was in Door 12, just a short walk away. The entrance area was modern and nicely decorated, and the elevator looked brand new. My room (116) was easy to find. The room itself was a little smaller than I expected, but perfect for a solo stay with a large suitcase and 2 bags, If my wife had been with me, I would’ve requested a garden‑view room, as the bay‑window layout seems to offer more space. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a good‑sized bathroom and excellent water pressure. My room faced the road, but it wasn’t busy, so noise wasn’t an issue. The bed — two singles pushed together — was extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic. Earl’s Court is a brilliant base for exploring London. The hotel is only a three‑minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station, giving you direct access to Heathrow and central London via the Piccadilly Line. There are also tons of shops, restaurants, and pubs within a few minutes’ walk — Boots, Marks & Spencer Food Hall, Nando’s, Greggs, and many more.I originally booked through Expedia for $530, but my Amex concierge found me the same room for $440. Thankfully, I’d paid the small Expedia cancellation fee, so I received a full refund.Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return. The location, comfort, and convenience make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting London.

    Excellent!

    rating07 May 2026

From walking up the spotless steps & exterior of the hotel we were greeted politely & efficiently by the reception staff. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all, think we must be somewhere different as hotel was spotless everywhere & smelled lovely! Our room had everything we wanted, the bed comfy, shower powerful & gleaming & again spotless. Lovely quality white bed linen. Proper size bath towels as well. In the room glasses, fridge, coffee etc. Really quiet & peaceful room. The breakfast was plentiful & catered for all needs. The quality of produce very high standard but if I was to be slightly critical the hot breakfast could be slightly hotter & rather than a side plate maybe consider a larger plate. That said this only a minor observation & I still give this hotel 10/10 & we will be back when next in London.
