  Charming Marylebone boutique hotel

  I stayed two wonderful nights in this charming and elegant boutique hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Delicious hot and cold breakfast. Clean room with a shower that closes all the way so you don't have to deal with water pouring onto the floor. Wonderful bathroom products, and perfect in-room coffee and tea options with snacks. All in all, perfect for solo female traveler.   Climbing the stairs

  The facility doesn't have a lift. I had to carry my luggage all the way up to the third floor. It was a challenge!   Great location, clean and well appointe rooms BUT No lift and poor media

  It was not clear that there was no lift and trying to lug a heavy suitcae up 3 floors with a sore back was not pleasant! Also, just basic TV channels with no option to scrren share! No great...   The strict no-refund/no-cancellation policy was very disappointing, as we had accidentally booked the wrong date. We realised the mistake within 15 minutes of making the booking and immediately tried to change it, but the hotel was extremely unaccommodating and required an additional £150 just to move the reservation, which felt excessive and unreasonable.The room itself was fine nothing special, but adequate. The staff member we dealt with was clearly following policy, however they showed little friendliness or understanding of the situation.Overall, I would advise caution when booking here, and I would not recommend staying at full price.
