    I booked a non-refundable stay through a 3rd party platform, but due to my son's sudden illness I was unable to make the trip. I call the hotel and they were very understanding. Shashi was very helpful, put my mind at ease and cancelled my stay with no fees. I definitely highly recommend based on this 1st excellent experience.

    Lovely hotel just a short walk from Gloucester road tube station and nestled in one of our favourite parts to stop when in London, close to some very nice eateries and pubs . On arrival we got a lovely friendly greeting 😊. Our twin bed room which was on -1 floor it was very spacious and spotlessly clean All the hotel areas were very tidy and clean . It's a lovely hotel with a very nice ambience and the staff there can't do enough to help you . A little gem !

    Great Location & Old Elegance, but Rooms Need Updating

    The Montana Hotel is one of the most affordable options in a prime area, and the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Gloucester Road station with a direct Underground ride from Heathrow.The hotel has a charming 'Old Elegance' to it. The lobby is absolutely lovely and so cute! The furniture in the rooms carries that same elegant style, which looks nice. However, it’s clear that the rooms themselves have significant wear and tear.Specifically, the bathroom was a bit on the disappointing side, and the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. I understand that if they did full modern upgrades, the price would likely go up, but the comfort level of the room and the condition of the bathroom are definitely showing their age.Overall, it’s a nice, budget-friendly base for London if you prioritize location and charm over modern room comforts. It worked for a short stay!

    I had things to do in London for a couple of days so just needed a reasonably priced, well located, clean, warm room; this filled that bill. The en-suite was almost as big as the room! The shower etc was good. It also had a safe and a fridge thrown in. The lift was so slow I chose to use the stairs, but that's minor. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a quiet comfortable bar area to sit in.It's right next to the Piccadilly Line and on several bus routes, also it could hardly be better placed for the main museums.

    Clean,polite people and spacious room. The reception team were friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. We were in the basement with limited light so worth checking out when booking
