    Where is a lift when you need one

    The staff at this establishment were first rate. Friendly obliging and so helpful. The young gentleman whom goes by the name of Maged was awesome. Due to unfortunate circumstances and lack of availability we had to move rooms and were placed on the 4th floor and there is no lift. As we are elderly guests this was a struggle. The stairs were narrow and steep. My wife especially struggled. I couldn’t complain as Maged had gone to so much trouble. How they got our luggage upstairs is beyond me. The rooms were very small but functional. Good location plenty of restaurants and pubs Victoria bus station and tube 10 minutes walk. Big shout out to Maged.     Great Budget Hotel in a Convenient Location

    Sure, the rooms are kinda small, but are you coming to London to stay indoors?The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern. Great water pressure in the shower! The hotel was very conveniently located, right between Victoria & Pimlico, and there are lots of delis, supermarkets, pubs and great places to eat all a stone's throw away. Great price for the location too. I have stayed in much worse for much more in the same area. The staff were great. Jeffery and Andre at the front desk were both super amiable and attentive and a credit to their employers. 10/10. No, 11/10!     Awful experience, vacation ruined

    Do not use this hotel! We initially made the reservation for our family, two adults and two children. After it was booked, our email confirmation said it was only one bed. We then called directly and spoke with someone. He said our current reservation wouldn’t work, and he canceled it and booked us space for four people with two beds. When we arrived, we had only one room and one bed. Even the email confirmation we received said two beds and four people. The front desk staff tried to help us as best they could and were very understanding. When they reached out to the manager, he said it wasn’t his problem and we should take it up with our travel agent. When I told him we didn’t have a travel agent and that we had called the hotel directly, he didn’t even reply. This was completely and utterly unacceptable in every way. I slept on the floor while the rest of my family shared one bed because we were completely out of options. I have never been treated like this before, and people deserve to know what they’re getting into before they make a reservation at this hotel.     Avoid – Misleading advertising, zero comfort, and serious privacy concernsWe booked a “family suite” for 5 people (over 2000 CHF for 3 nights), advertised with three double beds. In reality, we were given three tiny, separate rooms located on the same floor – with a regular hotel hallway falsely presented as a “private space.”The rooms were about 2m by 2.5m, with no wardrobe, and barely enough space to open a suitcase. The “double beds” were only 140 cm wide, far too small for two people. To move between the rooms, we had to walk through the shared hallway, which was permanently lit, had glass doors, and – shockingly – was under video surveillance. We only realized this after walking through in our underwear, thinking the area was private. This is deeply inappropriate and possibly illegal.The receptionist, although kind, was overwhelmed (it was her first day) and could only confirm, after an hour of calls, that the hallway was indeed part of the “suite.” No compensation, no alternatives offered. We had to use spoons to keep doors from locking automatically.How this hotel can claim to be 4 stars is beyond comprehension. Awful experience, misleading marketing, total lack of comfort.
