    We were travelling up from Bournemouth for a long weekend by coach to Victoria. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the coach station and so an absolutely ideal location. We were met by a super friendly welcome and managed to check in early.Hotel is really fresh and clean and cosy. Room was not big, but ideal for what we needed and al the facilities we required.Stayed for 2 nights and every member of staff we saw were friendly and professional at all times.We checked out and left our luggage at reception and collected later in the day so we could go and explore without carrying luggage with us. All in all a great stay and would definitely stay here for future London trips.Highly recommended 👌

    I think that I need to lower my expectations, or increase my rate per night for hotels in London. Granted, it was the busy post Christmas period, and the room was $400 + a night, but I expected more. Room was up a lot of very tight, wonky stairs. Yes, I’m aware that this is common in the UK (been to the UK before) however, there was a room available on the lower ground, and we should have been encouraged to take that. I mistakenly thought that there would be no natural light on the lower ground room, however, there was no natural light on the upstairs one either. Explaining that would have been helpful. As traveler’s for 5 + weeks, from Australia, it’s not viable for us to manage with one small bag. We need suitcases given that all our clothes are bulky for winter travel. It was a god damn nightmare dragging those cases up 6 flights of stairsRoom was tiny, bathroom, also very very small. Barely any room for toiletries. Floor or bed was wonky, resulting in uncomfortable sleep. Apart from that, location was pretty good, with the choice of 2 x tube stations, Victoria or Pimlico. Both are convenient.

    the shower drain was blocked so it flooded the tiny bathroom, the manAGEMENT Basically told me to go F myself as it was only one night.Update: they then had the cheek, having read my review on booking.com to respond with "well when we asked you if everthing was ok, you said it was, so we doidnt know there was an issue". Utter lies. Mate, I went to the reception and your snotty staff told me basically to shove it as it was only one night. Avoid this place, not only do they not give a F, they also lie on the reviews page, the slimy money grabbing scum. Scum!

    Dreadful hotel

    Arrived at hotel to be told there was a water leak in our room so we had to go to their sister hotel a 2 minute walk away. The receptionist also told us that the hotel was overbooked so perhaps the 'water leak' was just an excuse?After agreeing to go the other hotel we had to walk up many flights of stairs (no lift) to the third floor to find the key didn't work. The second attempt at the key also didn't work and after a third attempt they decide the lock was broken. We were then given a basement room which was tiny, cold and dirty. The blind on the skylight was broken so no way of using that. The shower was mouldy and no plug in the sink.Why do we have to put up with this terrible service from UK hotels? The receptionist didn't care at all and was disinterested in our complaints as we were only staying one night. It's a disgrace!

    Really nice hotel 5 minutes walk from Pimlico underground station. Room 202 was really nice with good facilities. Large flat screen TV. Arrived Sunday night had a problem with the remote control not working. Expected to have had to wait till Monday but was fixed immediately. Show lovely and hot only issue was when using the hand unit tried to change water temperature and was soaked in cold water from above. Not good at my age lol. Reception staff were lovely akways saying hello every time I passed and was asked if I had a nice stay. Other certain 2-3* hotels in the same road could learn a thing or two. I have stayed in Hattons next door and would say they both as good. Would definitely recommend thanks
