Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfast is good. Room and bathroom is kind of small. hotel location is very convenient about 5 minute walk to Paddington Station and big bus stop. Well booked this hotel again in the near future. Thank you.

Okay, Hotel in a nice part of town staff really friendly, continental breakfast was good and it was all very clean. The only downside was the double bed was really in what I would regard as a single room !!! as they say if you had a cat you couldn't swing it round much. Top tip if booking ask for a twin room it's bound to be a little bit bigger.

Just on customer service alone this is a fantastic place to stay. The staff in the main desk are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a family room which was clean and had all the amenities we needed. No tea and coffee in the room but free tea and coffee by main reception, also a small bar and vending machine, these are not free. Location is approximately 5 minute walk to Paddington station so perfect of you want to stay out of main London.Breakfast was continental with toast, pastries, fruit and cereals, this is served between 7-9am.Great place to stay

We booked this hotel back in 2024 so as to have a base whilst attending the ELO concert sadly the concert was cancel but so glad we stayed and enjoyed this lovely hotel, communication has been great staff super friendly our room was perfectly adequate in size for our short stay super clean with comfy beds and a spotless shower room we did not have breakfast but was available for a small fee, the location could not have been better with Paddington station a few blocks away plenty of restaurants and pubs would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return on another occasion,
