The hotel’s location is excellent and made exploring London very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a nicely updated room that was very comfortable for two people.One thing to note is that there are a few steps leading into our room, so if you have a large or heavy luggage, you may find access a bit challenging. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options.Overall, we had an excellent stay and it was the perfect place to spend our last day in London.

The hotel was lovely but the bar shut to early and there was no drinks in my room fridge. Also the room was so small I had to walk side ways I’m only little but glad I didn’t have the share the room. I also found that the shower tray so very slippy.

walking distance to Paddington station, Hyde Park, Kensington Park/gardens. and Royal Albert Hall. Lots of good pubs all around

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and loved the location for walking around and using the tube stations at paddington to get where I needed to be.I had requested a higher floor, and I was located on the 5th far from the elevator. I was happy I could open my window about 4 cm for some fresh air. I had a double room, and I would describe it as cozy. It had enough room for a single person but may be a bit tight for 2 ppl. I did not partake of the breakfast as I'm vegetarian and did not see many options and found places to eat close by on Praed. The staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again
