    As always - a wonderful stay, made especially so by the staff. Big call out to Front of House Team Members, Thilan and Shaima who made our visit so fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had a first class experience. In addition, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the dining room food is excellent and the location is superb. Thank you all!     Great service - a new default

    For years my default hotel in London has been the Radisson in Canary Wharf. However, over the last 12 months things have really gone downhill and so I’ve been looking for a new ‘regular’. We stayed at the Hilton around Halloween last year and were impressed and so when we wanted to spend a long weekend in town last week, we booked again. The experience was excellent. Booking was easy, and when we arrived the service was excellent. From the front desk to mealtimes. The family room was spacious and comfortable and the staff had laid out some very nice touches for us. The snacks and the soft toys for our boys were appreciated. When we needed help with cleaning we were put up in a lounge while it was done (thanks Ellie) and staff checked in with us regularly to see that we were ok. We do love a proper hotel breakfast - the Hilton does a really good one. There’s a good selection and plenty of it. If I had a moan, it is that the Hilton is usually more expensive than other local hotels. However, this time I can’t complain. We had a lovely stay and we’ll be back.
