    Dirty like a pig, not well managed.After booking your don’t get a follow up email or text with check in details if is self check in or assisted checkin. I don’t know why health and safety allows such organisations to operate in such state.

    We have a booking with this Hotel from 1st October- 16th October we arrive at the hotel around 9.30pm for check in the guy who work at the reception just give me the code to enter the room. When we saw our room we have a big SHOCKED!! We book a twin bedroom with private bathroom but we got a room with shared bathroom. Its not just only the wrong room type but the whole room are really bad, super dirty, smell horrible, exposed wire on the floor. What happened if we got an electric shot? So we decided to left the hotel straight away. I told the guy that's we booked for a private bathroom so this is not our room and he said we book for shared bathroom and they don't have room with a private bathroom in that hotel. We complains to them and ask for the refunded back the told us to go talk to the Agency that we made a booking from. Until now the hotel still never responded back. We are very upset we have book this hotel for 15th nights we not even stay there yet we saw the room 5mins then we complains and leave because it's so horribles for the whole property. We expect the full refunded back

    ** DO NOT STAY HERE **I stayed at the the old oak tree inn and this as to be the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. And I travel around for work every single week and have been doing for about 15years now and I can honestly say this is by far the worst place I’ve seen.. we ad 3 rooms in total me and 2 other guys.. 1 guy found a used condom and wrapper under his bed. The other lad and to change rooms as his window was broken and stayed open in winter of all times. My room was disgusting as well my sheets was dirty. The shared bathroom is not fit for a wild animal never mind humans… thick layers of dust and dirt all round the building. Looked out my window and they was dirty nappies on the window sill 💩 We complained to the guy on the bar who checked us in.. he was very rude and aggressive, this place needs shutting down I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone… please avoid this place at all costIt was that dirty we all ended up leaving at silly hours in the morning and having to go to the local pure gym for showers as well all felt that dirty from staying in this hell hole !! In my room was a lamp on the floor and it looked like it ad male semen all over it and on the floor next to it.. we was given WET and dirty towels I really don’t understand how this place is still trading

    The worst hotel experience. Blood on sheets very smelly carpets and cats eating dead birds on the corridors. Used razor blades on the shared bathroom sinks. The beds were dirty. The guy who was on front desk only spoke English when he wanted paying didn’t manage anything after that. This was literally the worst place we have ever entered. He charged me when I arrived saying that my online payment I made 2 weeks earlier did not go through, this time he was only accepting cash. We got our stuff and left. This review could of been very lengthy.Literally the worst hotel you will stay at. Absolutely disgusting.

    DISGUSTING!!! Full of bed bugs. Hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The shared bathroom was disgusting. None of the electric sockets in the first room they put us in worked. 2nd room had a private bathroom which was also dirty. Ceiling light hanging off. Floors feel like you're going to fall through. Unfriendly/unhelpful staff. We only stayed 1 night but I now have an allergic reaction with intensely itchy spots over my entire body from the bed bug/scabies/flea bites. Would have given it 0 stars if I could.
