    Never stay here!!

    Absolutely disgusting!! We stayed here for 1 night as a Xmas present for my partner and I to go and see a show. The room was filthy, the heating did not work, the hairdryer did not work, the waste in the basin was full of hair and grime, there were bare wires tapped below a shelf, there were mouldy oranges in a bowl at breakfast and to top it all off we found bedbugs on our bed!!! We have been battling against the company for a refund and an apology via emails/calls but still nothing. They keep saying the refund has been issued but again nothing!!

    It's in a good location, walkable to various places to eat, and from Victoria tube station. The guy at the (tiny) reception was friendly. Fairly narrow staircases and had to carry my luggage up multiple flights, but that's perhaps to be expected in a building like this. However, common areas clearly need some painting. Within the room, the bathroom door didn't lock (not an issue in this case), wall lamp fittings were wobbling, some electrical panels were wobbly, and the room was smaller than I expected. The bed was clean. When opening the window, had to balance between the room being too warm and noise from outside. The breakfast area had wobbly tables and a very basic offering of food, but it was fine. Overall, okay for one night, but wouldn't want to stay longer.

    Absolute hole of a spot.Well located. Is all it has going for it.The clerk was running upstairs checking the room was barely alright while we filled out the form. Then ended up sending us up into an attic on the 5th floor. The first thing I put my hand on was the bedroom table and it collapsed. Then I went down to the clerk and instead of coming to my attention he was more interested in some dealing with another young fellow out the front door while I waited. No such luck he would change the room as we're not young enough to be running upstairs all night. My advice is stay away from here if you can at all. It's another rough joint that will only disappoint you.

    Great little B&B in the heart of London. Everything is within walking distance including the train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I pad less than £300 for one double and one twin room at the height of the season which is excellent value. Breakfast is continental was is fine for us. I would stay here again.
