  warm welcome, clean room, convenient location

  Welcoming and helpful staff started our stay off well. The cleanliness of the lobby, stairs and corridors impressed us and the room was spotless too - even under the bed! The room had plenty of storage space and was warm and quiet. House -keeping was efficient, replacing used mugs and tea and even cleaning our own mugs. Plenty of convenience stores nearby and Acton mainline station a few minutes walk.

  Avoid at all costs 🫣 Unsafe and experience was very frightening especially for child of 12 years

  We stayed here for 2 nights and didn't expect much as it was €320 for a three bed room. The smell of 'hash' or some other puff was shocking outside and inside the guest house 🤧. This wasn't a big deal really but we paid a deposit of £100 in case we further damaged the already damaged fixtures and fittings. Terrible location for going into London but we knew that as we were on a budget. No breakfast only an option to pay for a breakfast bag???? The beds were fine and the shower was really hot. Room service did not replace towels or clean bathroom and only dressed 2 out of 3 beds. I had to wrestle four huge spiders from behind my headboard 🫣. Went to make tea and the cup needed severe scalding as it was filthy. Now the dangerous part🫣. At around 5:30am we were awoken by a really loud noise outside in reception and outside our room door. Shouting, pushing and screams outside the front door were heard. I had to go to the door just in case someone tried to break in. Luckily our 12 year old didn't wake as he would have been traumatized. People giving positive reviews just because it was cheap need to be more attentive. Just because you're affordable does not negate the fact that security is expected ALWAYS. We mentioned our concerns and told by the morning receptionist that they heard nothing from night staff. He will check CCTV etc. but we have heard nothing back. Please avoid!

  Comfortable and decent location

  We received a wonderful, warm welcome! The hotel was comfortable, secure and in a good location! We went to a gig at Wembley and this location was pretty ideal, away from the hussle and bussle and 4.5 miles from the stadium. The tube is 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with this place and will be looking to book here again when we come back to London with our children.

  The staff were pleasent helpful and kind . But the beds the beds were annoying because they were to squeaky when my dad got up woke up my whole family there is a sainsburys near the hotel sells worlds best mango and a few snacks for wembley to watch rovers they guided us on a map to wembley 😇

  Quiet place, very convenient area close to the bus stop and underground. Very kind staff, they also allowed us to leave our bags before and after check in and check out. All comforts included: hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, TV, wifi.
