    Absolute scam ! Booked via booking months in advance and was all paid. When we got to the property it looked abandoned and there was no way to get in. Called their number and they wanted to have more money to get a code to go in. Outrageous scammers. Called booking and they tried to call and nobody picked up the phone. They are no no longer available on booking and tried to fool us that now the reservation was with Orlando hotel next door. They are in on the scam, so much is clear. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM !

    Beware of bed bugs !

    1. I booked a standard single room , but I got a loft room without a window , just a loft hutch!! No receptionist to help or report problems and no lift. 2. The room has sewage plumbing issues , the bathroom was stinking of sewage very badly , I tried to shut the bathroom door but it wouldn’t shut. 3. The room was dirty, lots of dust and dirt in corners and along the skirting board, broken furniture.4. No hot water in the evening, so I had a cold shower 5. Bed had a spring mattress!!! In the morning when I woke up , I found a bed bugs in my bed ,(please see pics ) and bed bug bites which is awful,! 6. Contacted hotel and complained but was no response. Hotel is positioned next to the tube station but on a very busy road, so you will hear heavy traffic all night

    Do not stay here! I have had about 30 emails since my stay last week calling me Freddie stitch and asking if I have enjoyed my stay at various oyo hotels. What the hell is going on? Am really worried even though nobody took my card details but ????

    Easy to find, the self check in was simple,. the room was clean with modern decor, toiletries in the bathroom and clean fluffy towels, what more do you need? Ooh, a kettle? There was one of those as well, with complimentary tea coffee etc. It's good value for money and if you do need any help the staff are friendly and helpful.

    Completely vile. The rooms are not as advertised. The room I had was absolutely filthy, dust everywhere. The water and TV do not work, the WiFi is diabolical. The coded door on the main entrance intermittently worked resulting in having to call staff to let us in (there are no staff at the hotel). After requesting several room cleans, no room clean was made. Fresh towels requested and ones with marks on were giving. In short, avoid at all costs, it's an absolute hovel. Prison cells are cheerier and in better nick than the rooms in this total dump.
