    DO NOT BOOKScammers. Booked in January via Expedia, arrived last night and they "had no reservation" for me. Expedia won't give me my money back, and neither will the hotel. £200 down

    Arrived at check in to find they had no record of the reservation I made through hotels.com. There were at least 6 others in the same situation. Avoid at all costs!

    Booked using Hotel.com, paid received booking confirmation, went to check-in and they have NO ROOMS. There were many other people also there with bookings but NO ROOMS. AVOID this is not a Hotel but a big CON!!!

    Dirty nets in the windiest, dirty drawers in the bathroom, concrete feeling mattress, music blasting till midnight, no tea or coffee facilities in the room..... I would not recommend to anyone

    Great location easy walk to the arena Plenty of fast food restaurants in the locality for an after event snack The room was ok No coffee making facilities and the shower screen was broken so you couldn’t shut it properly I like a firm mattress but the one in our room was absolutely solid so we didn’t sleep to well
