    Dont stay here , the rooms are small and pokey . Double beds are actually 3/4 beds . The staff are rude and ignorant . Booked via my company they said it wasnt paid .. i swiped my card and somehow without putting my pin in they took £170 . It really is very poor value , hundreds of better hotels in london.

    The location is good, directly out of Paddington. Aside from that it is very much a budget hotel...£135 for an extremely cramped room. The place had a mouldy smell, the carpet was filthy, bathroom falling apart - the toilet seat didn't even fit the toilet! The tap was broken, the sink makes it impossible to lean into to brush your teeth.Hotels of this standard in London are normally £75. This is hugely overpriced.

    Alright. If you're reading this, RUN. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! The hotel does not exist anymore but they're still accepting reservations somehow. IT. IS. A. SCAM!!! Pls avoid this place unless you hate money. If that's the case, then, by all means, feel free to book a stay here.

    So, I will go straight to it: they have bedbugs. I was getting rash on my arms, but I thought that I might be allergic to detergent or something. I found two bed bugs on Thursday morning (13.10) in the bed! and when I came back in the evening to take my stuff there was one ALIVE ON A FRESHLY CHANGE TOWEL!

    Dated hotel with reception and rooms requiring upgrade. Paper thin walls mean sleepless night plus noisy outside as well due to building works, although quiet at night. Tiny bathroom and shower but water pressure was good and sufficient hot water. Good quality towels and ok bed. Room too small for chair which made small desk meaningless.
