    Run don’t stay

    I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. After accidentally leaving valuable personal belongings behind, we made numerous attempts to contact the hotel to retrieve them. However, our calls were repeatedly disconnected, and the hotel never responded to our messages or follow-up requests. The complete lack of assistance and accountability in handling guests’ lost property was unacceptable.

    Good location with convenient bus / rail/ taxi to and from Heathrow airport. Nearby restaurants that are open late. Room okay and staff, especially Felanie, helpful. I would stay there again.     Below average rooms, bathrooms are just acceptable, location good, parking inadequate.     Quite dated room, not much information

    Stayed on the 3rd floor, the room itself was okay but quite dated - all furniture was dark brown wood, the TV was probably at least 12 years old, it did the job but looked very old. There was an ironing board in the room but no iron - no documentation in the room, so nothing about whether you had to hire an iron or about food offerings. The air conditioning did not cool the room, it was close to uncomfortably warm and it was only 12C outside. The food offering was indian buffet as far as I could tell, which we didn’t fancy. The website said “savour a variety of snacks and lounge meals from the bar menu” but when I asked at the bar I was given the impression I was ridiculous for asking as the restaurant is visible from there and they do not do food at the bar.Would recommend if you pay a fair price but don’t expect to be surprised by the accommodation.

    Another good stay at the park grand need to improve towels and power sockets
