Location

    We were traveling as a family with 2 young kids, the hotel is located at the unbearable spot, directly near to the Victoria station; with a lot of amenities and food around the hotel, best of all you can literally walking all the way to Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abby. It is well connected with all the trains and buses Furthermore I want to give my compliment to the hotel reception staffs kind and helpful help, we arrived on Saturday 9am, after a long 14 hours flight with 2 kids, Priyanka was serving and supporting us, the room is spacious and comfortable, Well done and keep it up, I will be back again

    Perfect location for visiting London for a few days before our cruise. Very easy access to Victoria Station and bus routes. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our plane arrived early morning and we were able to leave our bags with front desk personnel and go explore before check-in time. Very convenient.     Enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom apartment

    We stayed two nights as a family of four in a two bedroom apartment. The room was as expected and pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable - including the sofa bed in the lounge.We arrived early at around 9.30am after a long flight from New Zealand. To our delight our room was ready and we were able to check in immediately. Thank you!!! After such a long journey it was extremely welcome.We were offered an option to bypass daily room cleaning in exchange for a “gift”. We chose the gift / bottle of wine. We also received 4 complimentary drinks vouchers for the house bar - which was a nice touch.Overall we found the room good value for the location, size and setup. The room is a little dated and tired but that is made up for by the size, comfy beds, quiet room and general location. It is a very easy walk from Victoria Station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and amenities within an easy 5 min walk. We ate at Rosa’s Thai, which was very nice. The second night we ate at Brother Marcus, which was a treat but really enjoyable. There is also a Sainbury’s within a 5 min walk, and Pret across the road for breakfast/coffee supplies.The apartment was set up as 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds in the rooms. We requested the sofa bed be made up on day two and it was all set up by the time we returned from our days activities.Overall we were happy and would stay again.     We choose this hotel for it's central location and it was very easy to sightsee all of London from here. Check in was so easy, very helpful staff. Good size rooms, with good storage.
