This fabulous hotel is situated in Central London near to Hyde Park. There are copious shops, restaurants, bars and pubs all within 800 metres of the hotel. The tube is just 100 m away.

Facility

The hotel has 10 suites, 42 single rooms and 73 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a page service. Complimentary newspapers are available.     The Phoenix Hotel is in a fantastic location, with three Tube stations just a short walk away. Kensington Gardens is nearby, and there are plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants in the surrounding area.The hotel itself is well run, welcoming, and offers a plentiful breakfast each morning. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for our three-day stay.The only downside was the noise from the floor above. We stayed on the third floor, and the creaking floorboards overhead were noticeable enough to wake us each morning. At times, it even sounded as though someone was walking around inside our room. I'm not sure whether this is an issue throughout the hotel or just in the section where we were staying.Overall, I would happily stay at the Phoenix Hotel again, although I would request a room on a different floor next time.

    Hello, Breakfast was really nice. It was my first time in London so I don’t know if that’s the standart but I wish there was slippers for the room. My only problem was the heat, weather was really hot and as I understand UK generally is not really accommodated for this. It was pretty hot in the room and there was only a fan with windows just can barely be opened. But I appreciate that you come up with an air conditioning for the breakfast room. Location was nice, two tube stations are reachable for a few minutes walk. I didn’t have any problem with street noise and my windows was open all night as much as it could be. Everything was clean and roomservice cleaned the room everyday and thanks for the small biscuits and amenities.
