    Had a warm friendly welcome from the staff when we arrived. The hotel had a lovely smell and very modern.We stayed in a windowless room but it was clean, comfortable and modern.The continental breakfast was delicious.This hotels also in a great location a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station.Definitely recommend it. The value for Continental breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The room I stayed in with my friend was cleaned to perfection. I will definitely stay at Point A Shoreditch again.     My experience is purely based on the service received at check in We arrived past midnight and there was no one else checking in. There was an attendant Saqga who asked us to use the kiosk to check in We tried but as we booked on Airbnb there was no reference number and neither did the first name work I asked if she could use the computer to help us as we were exhausted after travelling for 12 hours non stop. She claimed that the kiosk was required to sign the papers and then proceeded to walk away to look into the mirrors at herself. After 2 attempts the kiosk did not work and she proceeded to print the documents. Which we signed. I asked why was it not possible when I first requested - there were no customers and it was past midnight. She commented that I was just unhappy and asked me why. I repeated that it was past midnight and we had travelled the whole day. I would have really appreciated some help. Throughout the whole conversation I remained respectful but I cannot say I would book this place again.This staff demonstrated a lack of understanding toward travellers / guests who really just want to rest after travelling so far.     The hotel is located in London centre. Good for a short stay. Room is very small but staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good.     It was my second stay at one of your hotels and I have to say that I have been very impressed. The rooms are clean and neat with everything that we needed, but both here and at our Kensington stay it was the staff who were just amazing.
