    The worst London hotel

    This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The windows are not even minimally soundproofed and as you are on a main road the noise all night is unbearable. Avoid.

    Even some staff not professional at all and lack sensor of humor, bit clean.Asked a service when I checked out of changing clothes for 2 minutes and they accepted, when time came to do it they sent to the toilet of the restaurant costa next to them.

    Tiny room. No refreshments in room. No ironing board. Nowhere to put clothes as there isn't room for anything but a bed. Bathroom needs a good clean. Overall I wouldn't return.The bed was comfy though.     Sold ro me as a 4* hotel in Westminster - it's not 4* it's lucky if it's 1* and it's not in Westminster. It is in fact just a tiny step (amd not a very big step) up from a cubicle hotel. Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

    Hotel rooms were extremely clean. Small compared to US standards, but for one night it was perfect price point and location. The staff went out of their way to assist with anything.
