  This was a return visit to this hotel and they didn’t disappoint , the lovely ladies on reception are so friendly and welcoming . Thank you Alexandra and Elena we hope to be back to see you before too long

  Unacceptable standards for an accessible room

  This was our third stay, and it will likely be our last. The cleanliness of the accessible room was unacceptable, featuring a filthy shower seat. The bed was inexplicably short, meaning my feet hung out the bottom. Noise and light from the hallway poured into the room all night through a large gap under the door. We arrived back past midnight from a show and just wanted to sleep, which is the only reason we did not complain immediately to management.

  The hotel had a great atmosphere with a welcoming and relaxing vibe throughout the stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean. Location also very convenient, with easy access to the central London.
