  Lack of Air Conditioning

  No warning given when booking that air conditioning is unavailable in the rooms due to a problem. This was brought to my attention by email the day after booking but email was of zero benefit as my booking was non refundable. Room temperature ranged from 28.5C to 31.5C during my two nights stay and as a result my wife and I struggled to get any sleep.

  Been to quite a lot of premier inns,this one has to be the worse, needs updating urgently and the air conditioning just didn't work,room was boiling hot even with a fan. Won't be going g back that's for sure they didn't tell us about the air conditioning until we booked and paid !

  We booked two rooms at the hotel and although we had been informed the air conditioning wasn't working, we didn't realise there was no opening window in our room on the ground floor and the fan provided was totally inadequate to cool the room. The other room located on a higher floor was fine.The ground floor room and hallway conditions continued to deteriorate during our stay with water leaking in the hallway and ceiling tiles needing removing.With these issues seemingly ongoing it is hard to understand why Premier Inn had allocated these rooms to guests, and although two of our party did have a great night's sleep, with the intolerable heat and general conditions on the ground floor, it certainly wasn't the case.

  Ideal location, just be aware the rooms are hot, especially during a heat wave!

  The hotel is very well situated, near to Kings Cross Station.Unfortunately we were staying during a heat wave and the room was extremely hot, the fan provided didn’t really help cool it down.
