    Awful room, lack of staff

    Bathroom in disrepair, no hot water, bath sized for a child, broken creaky bed, receptionist never there when i went down to complain. Restaurant said closed, however after hunting for a staff member who was nowhere to be found she was causally flippant and said she just 'forgot' to turn the sign around. The area was quiet and nose levels were low. Although one guest was clearly smoking something illegal right at the entrance and nothing was said!

    Location was excellent for London transport, quiet location althoigh still central. Room was perfect, bed super comfy. Atmosphere was great, staff were incredibly helpfil and accomodating. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty to choice, fresh and tasty. Great value for money, would stay again with no hesitation.

    Arrived for a 1 night stop over and the outside of the building wasn’t too impressive. Had the look of a run down 1970 office block. However we were greeted at reception by a lovely lady, checked in and up to our rooms (2). The rooms were really clean and tidy and the view was fabulous. The bathroom too was lovely and clean and overall a lovely overnight stay.

    Probably the most dissapojnting Premier Inn, I have ever stayed at.Cleanliness not great. Room given was a very small, L shape, not in any of the pics on the website. The bed pushed up against the wall.Tiny bathroom and no hot water. Breakfast was cancelled due to flooding of restaurant area. Positives: the staff were lovely and very helpful. However, this old office block, turned hotel will not be somewhere I will be staying again.

    Very good location for the places we we visiting. The tube was just a few minutes away. Very friendly atmosphere throughout the Premier Inn. The staff were always polite, helpful and friendly.
