  Certainly not Premier in any shape or form! Carpet is filthy, made sure I was wearing shoes all the time! There were also hairs in the bed on our first night's stay. Staff were pleasant and friendly. As a white British male in Ilford, you do get a few stares from the 'locals' (mainly Indian & Pakistani).   Don't book in premiere lux and their other properties

  Dont book. Take care while thinking to book in premiere lux. They have 7 to 8 properties with inexperinced staff. They ll commit many things on call while provide nothing. Even they ll not give you room in premiere lux where you ll book. Once you ll reach at reception they ll inform that no rooms available in this hotel. Think about the situation once you ll be arriving after a long journey to hotel. Also, confirming them during the same day and request to prepare your rooms. This is Level of commitment. Also, they ll hold your complete security depisit for even a loss of 5 or 10 £.   Height of unprofessionalism!

  Worst management. I have booked them for 3 days but They didn't accommodate me after reaching there at 11:30 pm at night and continued to lie that we were having maintenance in your already booked room (seriously) ?? even after confirming it just an hour ago on a phone call and they confirmed me thrice on call on the same day I was traveling with my 2 kids under 7 and my guests but they made my night too horrible. Never recommended!   Good hotel with excellent staff members

  I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby offering all kinds of cuisines. It’s also just a short and easy walk from Ilford Station.   I recently stayed at the Premierlux Serviced Apartments in Ilford, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and comfort it offered. The location is excellent just a short walk from Ilford Station, making it very convenient for travel to central London.The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests.
