  A perfect choice for our family trip

  An economical hidden gem in a pricey part of London.

  Our first impression was its proximity to everywhere - tube station, supermarket, Cromwell Road which leads to attractions like the Natural History Museum for example. Euston Station feeds onto all major lines.We arrived a couple of ours before check in time however as soon as our room was ready, we were shown to our room and good to go from there on.Michael is a combination of Concierge, hotel manager, door man everything. His genuine willingness to help was well above reproach. He couldn't have been more helpful. The entire experience was positive for us. As for the remaining staff, nothing was too much trouble also. This hotel goes out of its way to make travellers feel comfortable and settled and making sure they have everything they need.Facilities? We had a lower ground floor room which looked out over a private small outdoor garden, not for use, but for aesthetics. It was lovely to see in the noisy grime of the busy London world. There was a dishwasher although our need for its use saw it easier and quicker for us to just hand wash them. The kitchen area was more than adequate and had everything we needed - kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. The bed for spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely fine.If anything brings us to London again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will generously recommend it to friends and family. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.   Nice staff in the morning during checkin. The lady on duty in the evenings wasn’t very friendly. We could leave our luggage there until regular check-in time. Spacious rooms and great location. The room was clean but shows signs of being used a lot. The sleeping sofa was okay but not very comfortable and at night it was quite noisy from the streets. The overall atmosphere was good though and we would book again.   Pleasant family stay

  Lovely 4-night experience in Presidential apartments. Nice atmosphere and peaceful neighbourhood. Well furnished rooms with space enough for 3 people. Warm temperature, easily controlled. Kitchen with all the basics. We asked for extra pods for the dishwasher and had them delivered the same day. It also has washing machine (we did not use it). Room is serviced every day, everything clean and tidy. The only little inconvenience was that we had some ants coming to the smell of brakfast. We asked for some killer to help and the problem was over (I'd just say that the floor -especially round the kitchen- could have been swept better, or have a small sweep in the apartment for us to do it).Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the apartment and if we come back, we won't hesitate to repeat.PS: Earl's court underground just 3 minutes walking. Nice pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area.
