This hostel/youth hostel warmly welcomes guests in London. For those in need of an adults-only holiday, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Checked into the hostel with zero troubles, was offered a choice of beds which was a great service and explained how to access the rooms / venueThis is sadly where the customer service ended, i returned to the hostel after a few drinks with my colleagues (after a long days work) went to the room, the light flashed green but door would not open, asked reception and they replaced my room key, returned to room to find the same green light (which from this point i realised the door had been locked from the inside and a shared dorm of 9) spoke to reception and they escorted me to the room, the member of staff lifted the handle and opened the door ( none of this was mentioned to me at check in) the member of staff literally rolled his eyes at me as if i was the stupid one and walked of showing, zero compassion or care.

    Great music, atmosphere, decor and most of all great hospitality. It was recommended to us by a friend. it was the best way to cap off our last night in London. It's in trendy of the city. Really great and unique cocktails. A very diverse crowd. Special thanks to staff member for making our night special. When we return to London. We definitely will return. A big 5 star review for this place.!!

    Was. Good spot. Highly recommended on food and prices for quality of great taste, would recommend the grill cheese. Great friendly staff, clean rooms, good rest as quite nights in the rooms, no noise complaints being received, good location situated close to London city, alot of fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby. Thanks guys

    Great pub, nice to stay for one or two nights

    An original place to stay. The pub was the incest we visited in London with very kind and funny stay, good food and great music. Many locals come by to have a pint. Truly a nice atmosphere.We stayed one night in the two persons bedroom which was spatious, also the bathroom which was really clean as well.In the bedroom the cleaner could do more an effort; we found a pill abd a cotton stick from previous visitors, which is a pity because everything else was fine in the room ( sheets, towels,… ).
