Great facilities but the food is unfortunately a let down.

Facilities and the decor of the actual hotelWas lovely, the concourse area/bar was nice and open and the pool facilities were ideal. 2 issues unfortunately, firstly my rooms air con wasn’t very good at all however my friends in another room was good so likely we one on its last legs which happens. Biggest issue was the food at the restaurant. In terms of quality and value for money it is very poor unfortunately. I got the butter chicken which I’d happily guarantee wasn’t cooked fresh and likely microwaved. The rice looked very much like what you’d get in a ready meal and the meal in general tasted similar. Which in itself would be ok if it wasn’t £23!. Which is an astounding price for both the quality and quantity you get. My friend got a pizza which was overcooked on the bottom and again something you’d expect for £10 not 21. It is a shame as the hotel itself is ideal for a night before your flight. My only guess is they know you have no option but to eat there so they can let the standard drop. In conclusion I’d recommended staying for sure just make sure you eat before arrival and bring snacks for later!

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Hotel London Stansted Airport. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the airport terminal, making it perfect for early flights or late arrivals.The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall facilities were excellent. One of the Best Raddison we have ever stayed in

The service from the staff was excellent throughout my visit—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.The food was delicious, with a great selection available and excellent quality.
