Location

This modern hotel is centrally located at the heart of the city of London. Numerous shopping centres, various tourist attractions and other entertainment venues are within easily reach by underground. Tottenham Court Road underground station is situated in the hotel's immediate vicinity.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1900. 186 rooms, including 55 single rooms and 127 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, callisthenics, aerobics and massage treatments.

    This is how you get repeat guests. Truly had a great experience solely based on the front desk staff and how they respond to guests. We had an issue with a minor flood in the bathroom - leaking pipe and it was late, but the front desk person came right up with a key to the room across the hall and we moved over right away. Anytime we needed extra towels if anything else, hotel staff was overly accommodating and would bring it right up. We loved our first visit to London and will definitely stay at this location again. It’s a good location to the West End theaters, train station and tourist attractions. Front desk staff was always friendly and willing to help. Thank you for a great stay!
