Don’t expect a good breakfast and don’t book an “accessible “ room.

    rating10 Jun 2026

We booked an accessible room because my partner is disabled with mobility problems. The room was of a standard size and the bathroom had a shower over a standard bath! No use at all.The hotel advertises Drury tea and coffee but it was Lyon’s coffee bags and Aberffraw biscuits, which were Walkers, so nothing special. We had breakfast which advertised a good selection of items. The first day we were about 1/2 hour before the end of service and the hot food looked like it had been there since the beginning and was not very hot. There was a reasonable choice of other items. The second morning we were an hour before the end of service and there was hardly anything left. I had to ask for some yogurt and there was no melon or pineapple left. The bacon was hardly cooked and the beans were very dried up. Not appealing at all.

    Disappointing

    rating16 May 2026

We have been patrons of Reigate Manor for over 15 years. We have always stayed the night prior to flying out from Gatwick. At every occasion we have left our car at Reigate Manor with no problem. We checked in as usual and gave the receptionist our car reg and return date. Two days into our holiday, we were contacted to state that we owed £15 per day for parking. We stated that we have never been charged prior to this stay for parking. Apparently, the rules have now changed. When we booked in Nov this was not stated and also not relayed to us when we arrived. We queried this charge and asked to speak to the GM. He called us and was very aggressive, stating "he would be removing our car' if we didnt pay up! When we stated that at no time were we informed, he said that his reception team had not given us the update in terms and conditions. This is not our fault. I am not sure if the hotel has changed hands ,as we also had to change rooms at check in as it was very cold and did not look as thoughtit had been cleaned. I am very sad, as this was always our go to hotel.

    Anniversary Party

    rating06 May 2026

We held our golden wedding anniversary last weekend in the ballroom with 110 guests. From booking until the event itself we could not fault anything. The events team, in particular Lilly listened to our requirements for the evening and advised accordingly and put everything in place to make the party one that people are still talking about. All the staff here are brilliant, helpful and friendly .The team running the set up of the room were understanding and gave us early access to decorate the room in fact every staff member could not have done enough to help, and nothing was too much trouble . The bar was very busy but the bar staff coped and served everyone efficiently, the catering staff provided an excellent buffet with hot and cold food which from feedback everyone enjoyed.A big shout out to Mak our DJ & MC for the evening who was the best and played all our music requests and made the party go with a swing. We stayed the night along with many of our party quests the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast the next morning was a very sociable event with food options plentiful fresh and lots of choiceA big thank you to everyone at The Manor for a weekend we will always remember

Fabulous Dairy Free Tikka Marsala served for lunch with no fuss or problems.

    rating05 May 2026

We attended a family members special occasion party and stayed overnight. On arrival we chose lunch from a small lunch menu. The restaurant were able to adapt the chicken Tikka Marsala to ensure it was Dairy Free. The dish was excellent, served in a small light filled room off the bar.I asked if I could have a Dairy Free sandwich rather than have to ask the ingredients of each dish on the buffet. When the buffet was served, I was given a large plate with a selection of sandwiches and several items from the buffet that were safe to eat. Our bedroom was clean and functional and the bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was more than sufficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
