  I WAS STOLEN FROM INSIDE MY ROOM!Do not stay at this hotel. It’s an absolute nightmare. I was robbed inside my room — they broke the zipper of my locked suitcase and stole my laptop. The worst part is that the hotel refuses to take any responsibility. The staff at the front desk were completely disrespectful and even implied that we were lying, saying we must have “lost” our belongings.This place is unsafe, dishonest, and negligent. They not only fail to protect their guests but also blame them when a theft happens inside their own property.Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

  stay away from this hot is my best advise, they gave me a room with a whole in the window, the furniture was rotten, the water barely worked, the attention from the staff was even worse, the Indian man told me to close the curtains when i told him i had a whole in the window, called me a liar and said that he was only going to change me to a single bed room when i paid for double, everything was dirty and not very appealing in general, i am very surprised they have 2.4 stars they should have 0.

  Stayed for a family catch up. Will definitely read views before I book another place. Hotel has so much potential but is absolutely filthy. Bed linen was clean and that is about it. We stayed in the family room 404. Lift fits 2 people and only goes to the 3rd floor. It was a struggle for my mother in law to get up the last flight - very narrow, dark with a sharp turn half way up. When we got to the room we assumed that the staff had left the window open to ventilate, window frame at the top was nailed closed and the window didn’t fit the frame - temperature was very low outside an the window didn’t fit was coming through all the time. All of the woodwork was covered in a thick layer of dust, radiator had dust hanging of it, carpets were worn and badly stained, chairs had a layer of dust around the cushion edges, uht milk was out of date - didn’t think that uht went off but Yeup it does. The hotel is a smoking free zone. Fire alarm was activated during the night. When we checked out I asked about it and told that a guest had been smoking in their room and set it off, I’m not convinced - possibly a member of staff as the alarm sounded for about 30 seconds, definitely not enough time for alarm too be triggered, an investigation taken place and an alarm reset.Due to being unable to close the windows the street noise was unreal.Breakfast was available. Cutlery and crockery clean, selection minimal.Will not be returning or recommending.
