The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of London's Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, overlooking Kensington Palace, in the west part of the metropolis. Just a short drive from the M40, M4 and M25 motorways, the hotel is also just minutes from Earls Court and the Olympia Exhibition Halls, and is within a short drive of London's financial district.

Facility

The hotel has 396 rooms, including 21 junior suites, 16 suites, 121 single rooms and 117 double rooms, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    From check in to check out - over delivery on customer service at every turn. I checked in with a very nice, professional young man named Moiez (I hope I spelled that right). I had a very frustrating trip to get into town and to the hotel and his demeanor and helpfulness completely changed my mood. He’s 5 star. Then my bag zipper broke. The concierge, I wish I remembered his name, took a fastener from out of his pocket, like he was ready for anything, and handed it to me but when he couldn’t find a few more to keep the bag shut, he went to the seamstresses office and sent up a handful more to my room 10 minutes later. 5-star service. Neighborhood is a bit more quiet than others but a short cab or tube from everything.     Outstanding in every way!

    We stayed for one night on Sunday 14th June, our Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left was perfection! We were treated so well, given a lovely room, and when we returned to our room after lunch in the Origin restaurant, we were surprised with Champagne, cake, fruit and chocolates. As always the room was spotless and the bed was so comfy, which ensured a great nights sleep.The food for both lunch and breakfast was excellent, and the service was speedy and efficient, but the staff always make time to chat. We also ate in the Min Jiang restaurant in the evening, and the food was amazing. We treated ourselves to a cocktail, which was divine, and once again both the food and service were outstanding.This is our go to hotel now as it feels like we are 'coming home' and nothing is too much trouble. Even the concierge that greets us when we arrive treats us like long lost friends, and it is so nice to have that in such a busy hotel in London. The cost of the rooms is not over the top either, we have been to very mediocre hotels in London in the past that charge a lot more! If we could give 6 stars we would, this hotel is most definitely the best!     Booked due to great proximity to Royal Albert Hall for Ministry of Sound-but what started as a convenience booking has changed into a go-to hotel.     Royal Garden spoiled a birthday stay. Did not provide to me my reserved room:(

    When I have been staying here in April I checked personally all possible rooms with hotel representative and then decided to book a room 236 (room with 2 toilets! - I told specifically that I need a room with 2 toilets!) to stay with my family together (daughter has had a birthday during these days) in London for the end of May. And on arrival it turned out that room 236 is already taken and we also can’t stay together in connected rooms!They offered us a much worse room than I had reserved (only with one toilet). Had I known that your hotel doesn’t keep its promises I would better reserve two connected rooms in the first place!In reality I had to staying different floors and I have been asked even to pay for one more room: totally I paid much more money compared to my initial reservation and stayed not with my family. Hotel does NOT keep its promises. They don’t care at all! After staying approximately 6-7 times in Royal Garden Hotel I would NEVER wish to come back!     The hotel and staff here are top notch. The room was spectacular with the most amazing view. Great bedding and super comfortable.
