    Get what you pay for

    rating23 May 2026

The location of this hotel is excellent and the price is tremendous given how good the location is. It is just majorly I need of the rooms (particularly the bathrooms) being upgraded. It was clean in every way, however, you could catch legionnaires just looking at the shower head which hasn't had any attention for years by the looks of it. The staff were really friendly, even when implementing their bizarre hotel policy of not calling taxi's for guests! Restaurant and bar were both very pleasantly surprising both in quality and price. Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable, we had a great nights sleep.Facilities in the room were decent, although in 2026 I think the TV being a Smart TV with access to Youtube and Netflix isn't too much to expect. All in all, this would be an outstanding hotel if the rooms and bathrooms were upgraded. Until this happens it is a very average hotel in a great location. We paid £100 for our room, and at that price we were happy, had we paid more it would have been a different story.Positives: very friendly staffgood quality food and drinkcleanNegatives:Very very tired, run down to a point that it urgently needs a refresh. Staff refused to call me a taxi, told me I needed to use Uber, when I pushed they gave me a number but didn't call it for me. The staff were really friendly but this is such a bizarre hotel policy.

    Love The Savera

    rating25 Apr 2026

My son and his famil live in Ruislip. We prefer to stay in a hotel when we come to visit as we prefer our own space and our daughter in law has just had a baby.... our beautiful Grandaughter. We have stayed at the Savera before and we loved it so we decided to stay again. The staff are super friendly. The hotel is a little run down but it's clean and comfortable and not too far away from our son. This is our place to stay when we come to visit.

    Great value beside train station

    rating23 Feb 2026

Great value and location. 3* and nothing more so you get what you pay for. Right beside train / tube station. Bar a bit pricey so better off in the pub next door. Rate didnt include breakfast so opted for nearby cafe. Room was clean, small, a bit worn but perfectly fine for a solo traveller. Any staff I met were friendly and courteous.

    rating29 Jan 2026

I’ve stayed at the Savera a couple years ago for the first time and just stayed again previously.I remember it being the same rooms are nice food is brilliant. but I personally think staff make a hotel.I checked in late And was greeted by a lovely young lady Charley rose who couldn’t do enough for me and my husband.I would highly recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again!
