Location

This traditional luxury hotel is located close to Buckingham Palace, and within a few paces of the famous Oxford Street. The prestigious Regent Street, Bond Street and Knightsbridge shopping streets are all within walking distance of the hotel. In addition, Green Park underground station is in the vicinity and Heathrow airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 44 suites, 2 single rooms and 259 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

    We stayed 3 nights at this superb Sheraton located perfectly right next to original Hard Rock Cafe London.Only few block away from Mayfair and Piccadilly areas this hotel is the perfect location for London getaway vacation as well as for business.Hotel staff were really friendly and always ready to help if we’d need any assistance.We stayed in Club Lounge room and boy was that room nice. Large bedroom and living area with huge bathroom. Views over Mayfair neighborhood was nice.Club Lounge’s breakfast was really tasty and had good selection of different food options. During the weekend they served also tasty Mimosas.     Service was amazing. We got help at every turn of the way. The room was nice and quiet. Made for wonderful sleep. Only downside was the low floor and a view of construction workers. As we are bonvoy members we usually get upgraded. This wasn’t an upgrade (they did accommodate an early check-in so perhaps this was the only available room), but overall would 100% stay here again. Another nice element was kids eat free at the buffet. Overall was a short and sweet stay!     I recently had the immense pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane for ten nights. I praise this hotel with 10 Gold Stars. The moment one enters the doors, whether from the quiet back entrance or the busy front on Piccadilly, one feels an instant atmosphere of calm, beauty and welcome. Staff seem to always be there to help you with their friendly smiles and courteous manners. My stay there was one of the most absolute best experiences in my life! Staff who I don’t recall meeting seemed to know my name within a day or two, they would always ask if I needed anything for my room or help with anything. (Yes, I am a senior and use walking poles as aides, but I am mobile.)The check-in was amazing as they ensured I had the most suitable room, and the room was spotlessly clean, as is the whole hotel. The bottom of my white slippers were still white after 10 nights!! All the amenities in the room/bathroom were top class, and there were the most delicious teabags for that first cup of early morning tea with a tasty biscuit. I was extremely blessed to have access to the Club Lounge and it was incredible!! Staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, kind and kept the lounge and eating areas immaculately clean. The food served in there was amazingly tasty with a delightful, diverse and ample array for breakfast, snacks and different hors d’oeuvres every evening. I don’t drink wine but the selection looked extensive. And then there is the most out of this world machine that with the press of a button produces coffee, espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, etc that were the best I have ever tasted! Opposite this wonderful hotel is the glorious Green Park with its majestic trees and beautiful smooth pathways. And of course there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops all within a few minutes walk - Fortnum & Mason being my favourite place to walk along to. I hope I can return to the Sheraton Grand many times for a break away in my beloved city of London. Thank you, thank you to all the staff!!! G.     Fantastic hotel! We were so well looked after by all the hotel team who made us feel so special and welcome. Celebrating our friends' birthday, the added touches to our room for the occasion, were the icing on the cake. Stunning interior, very spacious bedrooms and incredibly comfortable beds.
