This comfortable airport hotel is located approximately 5 minutes from London Heathrow Airport as well as the Stockley Park and Bedfont Lake business parks. Windsor, with the Royal Castle, is around 13 km away. The centre of London, with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, lies about 26 km away and public transport departs from stops situated 500 m from the hotel.

Facility

426 rooms, including 3 single rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     The staff and the business centre facilities are first class. Everyone is very attentive and supportive, I would like to single out a member of staff called Daljinder who was a constant support for us, she went above and beyond every single time we needed support with our business needs, we didn’t have to wait to ask, she was alwaysOn hand to make sure our staff from Mitie and our delegates were taken care of.     Surprisingly upbeat, happy and helpful staff! Location was challenging as it was NOT walkable to airport (despite its name) but a few miles from terminals.

    Underwhelming

    When we checked the floor in front of all check in desks was covered with debris. Some repair work was underway but blocking the entire early evening check-in domain?? We tried to turn the air con off in the room but dripping started from the air con vent so we had to leave the air con on all night. Not enjoyable or healthy. And in the morning the shower tap collapsed and we could only have hot water in the shower, with difficulty . Altogether grim.     Strong smell on linen and towels

    Linen and towels smelt strongly like bleach so much so that whole room smelt of it! Gave me a headache! Next morning showered for flight, used the towels and now all I can smell is bleach/detergent on my skin.     Disappointing and concerning stay

    Disappointing and concerning stay. Arrived at 10.30pm and struggled to find anywhere to park. Reception were really unhelpful and told me to go all the way round to the back. It is very badly lit, and as a woman travelling on my own, I really was unhappy walking back to the front. Again reception uninterested. The hotel seems to be undergoing some renovations (or perhaps it was designed as it is!) which made for a very uninspiring first impression. Room was OK, but nothing special. I have come home from my holiday to find that I have a parking ticket and have had to pay £60. Again hotel disinterested. The parking company say that they have signs up, but again,in the dark, on my own, I simply didn't see anything. And of course reception didn't mention anything! Wouldn't recommend at all if you are a woman travelling on her own.
